BDO-Mila is the trail run that suits most people. Welcome to a free event in Hamar, where you can choose whether you want to run for time or not. Across the country, we create an arena each year where everyone can experience belonging and achievement through physical activity together with others. BDO-Mila is a social low-threshold run that BDO organizes in collaboration with Ottestad Cycling and Save the Children, and everyone can participate! Free registration and a t-shirt for everyone.

  • BDO-Mila 2024 in Hamar has 5 categories: Micromila (500m) for children, Paramila (500m) for para-athletes, The Challenger (10 km) for timed events, Minimila (5 km) for walking or running at your own pace, and Mosjonsmila (10 km) without timing.
